We are a family owned crash repair shop on North East Road, Gilles Plains. We work in liaison with manufacturers and insurers, repair to manufacturer specification, and hand the vehicle back with its ANCAP safety rating intact.
Jason Krawczyk started his apprenticeship here in 2002, working alongside his father Gene, who had bought the business in 1990. Jason has run the floor for more than ten years and is now the owner. Same family, same road, current repair procedures.
One shop takes the job from the assessment through to the wash bay. Nothing goes out to a second workshop, so the repair is measured, painted and checked under the one roof.

Process
How an insurance repair works.
Your insurer nominates us, you bring the claim number and the keys, and we deal with the insurer from there.
